The East Ridge Animal Shelter and office are open to the public Monday through Friday, between 10:00am and 5:00pm and the first and third Saturday of each month 10:00am to 2:00pm.

Adoptions and surrenders are conducted during  business hours. The shelter is closed on Sundays and holidays. Animals are not accepted at the shelter after hours or on weekends and holidays.

*Owner surrenders are Mondays at 10am by appointment only. Please call the shelter to set up an appointment.
